At Generation Monarch, we believe that to be successful in building a solid community of independent women it takes a combination of education, personal growth, personal and professional development through goal setting, and an exposure to a variety of cultural experiences, while being engaged in the community.

Our mission is to transform the girls of today in order to change the trajectory of the women of tomorrow. If they see themselves as capable, relevant, and purpose-filled they will show up differently in every aspect of life. Moreover, when we begin to reveal and expose them to opportunities and cultural events outside of their current circumstances, these young ladies will begin to see the world and how they fit into it, from a different perspective. In turn, we will raise up a generation of leaders who will make an impact wherever life leads them.
